@donyboy73 Okay, thanks. I’ll take a look at it.

@1972FordF150 It’s not strange here to have a weedater engine, I see it all the time. I don’t like them though. Prefer 4 cycle engine with tillers.

  • 1972FordF150:

@foreverwood1963 I know it isn’t those tillers are just weird in my opinion. And I prefer a craftsman 26 inch front tine tiller with a 5 HP Briggs I/C engine. ( it’s what we own )

  • donyboy73:

  • mowerman1956:

Donyboy98, You should start a small engine class if you don’t already do so. You give such step by step instructions in which anyone could follow. Thanks for all your help. Keep up the great work.

  • MarleneKrueger:

    Hi donyboy73,

Great video! I cleaned the carberator as you instructed, however after I started it up it ran full throttle! It seems that the governor arm is not pushing back on the throttle assembly to slow the engine speed down. The assembly and spring is all reconnected as before.,How does this governor arm work? is there something inside the crankcase that may have got disconnected? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
